Ingredients:
2 medium bananas
2 eggs
1.5 cup oats
0.5 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
Olive Oil for Cooking
Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: ½ scoop protein powder
Optional: ½ tbsp cocoa powder
For toppings:
Hung curd ( hang the homemade curd in a muslin cloth over the sink for 2-3 hours till the water is drained and the texture is thick)
Fruit of your choice( bananas, berries, etc)
Chia seeds
Optional: Nut butter
Instructions:
Prepare pancakes as mentioned here. Keep them thin.
Spread hung curd on top. Add fruits like bananas and berries.
Drizzle nut butter, if any
Sprinkle chia seeds on top and ENJOY!
