1. What is a flex plan? 

It is a flexible meal plan stating “cooked vegetable”,“fruit”, “eggs”, “rice”, “roti” with the right quantities and  flexible timing for the same ("On waking, 25 mins after") so you can eat what’s made at home and continue eating it at your flexible time. 2. Why are the plans a one-time investment?

All our plans focus on creating a lifestyle change and include foods available in your regular diet "roti, sabzi, rice, fruits, sandwiches, eggs, oats, poha, upma, etc." Hence, we believe that once you purchase the plan you can follow the plan for as long as you'll include the above in your daily life.  Our clients have lost 10-12kg in a span of 6-8 months of following it 80%. 

3. What is the difference between the 7 days weight loss menus and the flex plans?

The flex plan is a one pager stating “sabzi” while the menu is a 7 pager stating “Monday palak sabzi, Tuesday carrot sabzi.” Basic guidelines are provided in the menu in case certain vegetables and food items are not available for you. 

4. How do I decide which plan is best for me?

There are two main considerations - 

             i. Do you want a flex plan or a menu? 

            ii. Do you want access to the nutritionist or no?

 

5. What benefits do I have with access to the nutritionist? 

  1. The nutritionist will customize the diet for your lifestyle, tastes & preferences after getting onto a call with you. 

  2. She’ll be available on call and whatsapp for the entire month in case you have questions about the diet plan

  3. She’ll follow up with you once a week to check in 

  4. When you’re out at a restaurant, she can guide you on what to order 

  5. She’ll provide you with alternatives if needed

  6. You can share daily food logs with her to stay accountable

 

6. Who is the nutritionist? 

The nutritionist is Anju Valecha, Sim's mother. She is ACE certified, and you will be in good hands with her.

7. Do you provide recipes? 

No, none of the plans provide recipes - our plans are focused around eating what is made at home & what is easily available to you. 

 

8. I have PCOS/ Thyroid/ Diabetes/ any other medical condition, which plan is best for me? 

The customized diet plans are ideal for any medical condition. If you have more than one medical condition, there is an additional cost associated with the same. 

 

9. What sort of results can I expect? 

All plans will help you lose 2-3kg a month, on average. However, it may vary person to person. If the diet plan is combined with a workout routine, you’ll see inch-loss as well. 

 

10. Is there a 3 month program? 

We don’t have long-term programs as our plans include roti, sabzi, rice & fruits and can be followed upto a year. We believe in coaching you for a month instead of making our clients dependent on us for longer-term associations. If you wish to rejoin after a month, we will give you a discount. 

 

11. If my friend & I join together, do we get a discount? 

We do not provide any discounts as all our plans are one time investments

 

12. Can I upgrade my plan after paying for another plan? 

You can upgrade your plan at no additional cost before you have received the diet plan from me. 

If you wish to upgrade your plan after you’ve received the first plan from me, you’ll have to pay the full price for the new plan. 

13. I want to lose 5kg a month, will the plans help with the same?

All plans promote sustainable weight loss of 0.5kg a week. Any weight loss of more than 0.5kg a week is not sustainable and we don't believe in over-exerting or eating too few calories. It may negatively impact your hair, skin, energy levels & immunity. If the methods are unsustainable the results are unsustainable. 

14. If I can't follow the plan, can I get a refund?

Once the plan is shared, we do not offer refunds. In the customized diet plan, we will work with you to understand your requirements and provide you with alternates, if required. If you require to change the plan completely, it'll be at an additional charge. 

15. Do you share calorie counts & macros?

We don't share calorie counts or macro breakdown. Our focus is for you to be able to enjoy your food without associating it with calories or macros. You can't go to a restaurant and always ask what's the calorie count or macro breakdown of a meal, can you? 

16. Do you share South Indian Options as well?

Yes, all plans include South Indian options as well.

17. How often can I have a cheat day in your diet plan?

We don't believe in the concept of a cheat day. We help you build healthy habits and make better choices for your health without restricting you. You can enjoy your chocolate, dessert, sugar in your tea guilty free in the right portions! 

18. I am a male, can I sign up for your diet plan?

Yes, absolutely! You can sign up for either of the customized diet plans. 

19. I am a lactating mother, which plan should I choose?

You can sign up for either of the customized diet plans. 

20. Which plan is best for gut health?

Either of the customized diet plans can focus on any of your wellness goals.

21. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment through bank transfer, UPI, google pay, paytm 

22. How do I sign up?

Click on the pink "sign up" button under the 4 diet plan pillars. 

23. What happens after I sign up?

For the generic diet plan and the 7 days weight loss menu, you'll receive an email with the plan within 24 hours. Please keep an eye out for 'simvalecha' in your spam. 

For the customized diet plans, the nutritionist will contact you within 24 hours for a consultation. Post that - she'll provide you with the plan in 48 hours. ​
