Hi, I’m Sim and I have had a very interesting relationship with health and fitness over the years. Like most of you here, my journey started off with wanting to get that smaller waist line or visible abs and slowly but finally understanding the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle.
My mother and now co-founder of Sim Valecha, Anju Valecha got certified in nutrition from American Council on Exercise in 2015. She's helped 3,500+ clients globally lose 3kg a month while eating out at restaurants.
Adopting a healthy lifestyle shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering decision that anyone can make.
